The library houses more than 546,000 printed books, 320,000 electronic books, and provides access to full-text articles from over 79,000 unique print and electronic journals. Having access from any computer or wireless web device, any time of the day or night helps Buffalo State students, faculty, staff conduct their research more effectively.

Bengal Card Office, in Butler Library 108, provides support to Buffalo State students, faculty, and staff in all areas of operation relating to their Bengal Card, the official card used for dining, printing, vending machines, and library services.
Library Instruction: Instructors may request library instruction for their clasees.
Computer Labs (StudyQuad, QuiteQuad, etc.): The largest open computer labs on campus, with a variety of technologies and services available als also study group rooms.
Writing Help Center. in Butler Library 157B, is a service of the Information Commons in partnership with the College Writing Program that offers an array of free services to assist students throughout all stages of the writing process. Tutors are available to help students with brainstorming, drafting, revising, editing, and other writing needs or questions.
